My name is Meeling. When I graduated from my college, my Great Eastern agent has tried to recruit me but I turned him down as I thought that sales job is not suitable for me due to my introvert personality.

In 2006 a DBS banker talked to me about joining the bank as a relationship manager. So I began to talk to my agents in Prudential and AXA. Joe who is my agent told me about Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). He told me the insurance industry, the No.1 organisation. He is sincere and I trusted him. After serious considerations, I decided to join Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) and I embarked my career as agent financial advisor.

When I stepped into Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), the big office gave me very good feelings and the people are always very energetic. Everyday is very exciting as there are many activities going on, which is unlike my previous job everyday is very monotonous. What impressed me is also Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) has corporate song which none of my previous companies I worked before have.

Initially, things are quite difficult as I’m not used to sales job. But there are many colleagues and seniors around to help and advice. The supports they give me help me to pull through the tough period. With the organisation strong supports, I have see improvement in my career. I had achieved the results that I never thought of.
